He will make sure you are doing the correct form for every workout and can answer any questions you have about the workout, fitness, dieting, etc. The gym is never crowded, very clean, and has the best equipment featuring a variety of machines that really help you target the specific muscles in each workout. Drake has years of experience in muscle building.
