1 Cup of Black Coffee

1/2 Banana

1 1/2 Scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder

Splash of Almond Milk

6 Ice Cubes (optional)

 

Blend until smooth, pour into your shaker cup, and out the door you go. Ready to take on the world now that your body has been supplied with a healthy, filling and nourishing breakfast . A well fed, alert mind is going to help you think clearer, declutter your decision making process, and get rid of that groggy morning funk. All great things started with 1 step forward.
