Blueberry Greek Yogurt Parfait
It's late at night. You are bored and the stomach starts wandering. The dinner you devoured at 6pm isn't going to hold you over. You start grazing the kitchen like a jackal combs the desert. Munching on anything that won't set off any alarms. The Blueberry Yogurt Parfait is going to satisfy that nightly sweet tooth craving and keep you on track for your goals. It's heart breaking to see how many people's progress gets blundered by reckless late night eating. The majority of us are too beat at the end of the day to whip up a healthy snack. We are all about the grab and go. Modern day problems require modern day solutions.
Step 1 - Put 1 Cup of 0% Plain Greek Yogurt in a bowl
Step 2 - Add 1 Cup of Fresh of Frozen Blueberries (or Strawberries, Pineapple, Mango, Raspberries, Pom Seeds)
Step 3 - Mix the 2 together
Step 4 - Get spoon and Enjoy

You can try frozen to get more a ice cream consistency.
If you have the time, puree the fruit in a blender, and pour puree over yogurt. (This does a better job of distributing the flavor)
