How long is each session?

Each workout is an hour is length. There is 10-minute warm up period, followed by 50 mins of strength training.

Our workouts will strengthen your body, mind, and spirit and push you to reach new heights. They involve lifting weights and using commercial style gym equipment (machines, cables, treadmills, rowers). The workouts are designed to get you stronger and faster, improve your flexibility and joint mobility, and decrease your stress levels.

No harm, No Foul. The most important thing is that you took that first step and did something to change your situation. If you can only do 30 min. Awesome. Let’s shoot for 45 next time. If you need to sit out an exercise. Take the rest you need. We are all here to support each other and grow stronger as a team.
